The items in this online shop are in every case new and their quality is therefore guaranteed. In case you have any doubt about it, please contact us before removing the label.
To return some product, it should be unused and in perfect condition, and it should keep the label and the original packaging (transparent plastic bag). If the product arrives in a different condition, Textiles Montecid reserves the right not to process the reimbursement.
To return a product, the user should follow the steps specified on the section “How to return a product”.
The returned product will be refunded through the same payment method that was used to pay the order (credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer) in seven days time after the reception of the product in the facilities of Textiles Montecid.
Returns of orders placed from the Spain and Portugal are free (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla). When we accept your request, you will receive the instructions by email to return your order at the Post Office that you choose.
For returns done from Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the buyers should send themselves the product back to the facilities of Textiles Montecid and pay the shipping cost. When sending a return the buyer should pay the customs taxes, if there are any.
Returns of orders placed from the UE countries (except Malta and Cyprus) cost 6€ that shall be deduced from the refund amount. Textiles Montecid arranges the collection of the package at the customer’s address with the transport agency UPS.
For returns done from Malta, Cyprus and other countries, the buyers should send themselves the product back to the facilities of Textiles Montecid and pay the shipping cost. When sending a return the buyer should pay the customs taxes, if there are any.
You have 15 calendar days (from the delivery date) to return a product (according to the Art. 44 of the Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).
