The items in this online shop are in every case new and their quality is therefore guaranteed. In case you have any doubt about it, please contact us before removing the label.
To change any product for a different size, it should be unused and in perfect condition, and it should keep the label and the original packaging. If the product is in a different condition when it arrives at our warehouse, Textiles Montecid reserves the right not to replace it. Changes can only be done for a different size of the same style, but it is not possible to change an item for a different style.
The first size change is free when done from Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and Portugal (except Madeira and Azores). In this case, Textiles Montecid arranges the collection of the product at the buyer’s address and the shipment of the new size. The free size change is subject to the availability of the new requested size.
In case the requested size is not available and the buyer doesn’t want another product, Textiles Montecid will collect the package at the buyer’s address and will reimburse the product through the same payment method that was used to pay the order (credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer) in seven days time after the reception of the product in the facilities of Textiles Montecid.
Size changes done from other places are not available. For a second size change done from Spain or Portugal and related to the same order, the buyers should pay themselves the shipping cost of the return (Check "Returns").
In every case, buyers should follow the steps described on the below section “How to request a change for a new size”.
You have 30 calendar days (from the delivery date) to do size changes (according to the Art. 44 of the Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).
HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE FOR A NEW SIZE
If you wish to change a product for a new size, please follow these steps:
- Access your account (bottom left “My account”).
- Access the order that includes the product you wish to change (on "History and details of my orders").
- Click on the order reference or on the order details. Select the product and specify the reason why you wish to change it on the correspondent field. Also specify the new size that you wish to receive instead*.
- Confirm your size change request by clicking on "Request return".
At this point the change needs to be confirmed. You will receive an e-mail with specific information about how to move forward and change the product.
(*) It is absolutely necessary to clearly specify the new size that you wish to receive.
